As AI technology rapidly integrates into daily life, the kitchen is evolving from a mere cooking space into the core of smart living. Premium smart kitchen brand Roborock made its first appearance at Taiwan's Interior Design Expo this year, presenting a vision of the future kitchen centered on AI-powered smart kitchens, integrating smart appliances, AI applications, and overall spatial design.

The centerpiece of the exhibition was the upcoming Truffle Salt Series four-piece set, scheduled for launch in Taiwan in Q3 2026. With minimalist aesthetics, smart operation, and integration of high-end kitchen appliances, the set presents a kitchen solution that balances beauty and practicality. On-site demonstrations of the automatic stir-fry cooker and steam oven allowed visitors to experience firsthand how smart technology lowers the barrier to cooking and streamlines kitchen workflows.
In addition to smart cooking devices, Roborock showcased high-performance range hoods, demonstrating rapid smoke containment and powerful exhaust efficiency through live operation. The brand emphasized that cleanliness, comfort, and efficiency remain key priorities in product development for modern home kitchens.
Another highlight of the exhibition was the integration of AI into kitchen scenarios, including concept products such as AI glasses that sync with cooking steps and smart AI seasoning dispensers. These innovations offer users more intuitive assistance during food preparation, cooking, and seasoning. The brand aims to transform the kitchen from a utilitarian space into a residential hub that enhances efficiency, experience, and lifestyle quality through intelligent interactive design.
The exhibition also featured the high-end Dekton series, integrating overall kitchen planning with interior design language to present a premium smart kitchen that harmonizes materials, functionality, and aesthetics—drawing attention from interior designers, architects, and consumers alike.

Roborock stated that it will continue introducing more AI-powered smart kitchen appliances and deepen its presence in Taiwan as a premium smart kitchen brand. Beyond product launches, the company plans to actively collaborate with the interior design, architecture, and kitchen equipment industries and establish a comprehensive after-sales service system to promote the integration of smart kitchens with living spaces.
Wu Lixiang, Roborock Taiwan's representative, said, 'AI is not just an upgrade to appliance functionality—it is a key enabler in redefining how people interact with their kitchens. By participating in Taiwan's Interior Design Expo, we hope to show more consumers and design professionals the possibilities of future smart kitchens, demonstrating our long-term commitment to the Taiwan market.'
