In recent years, community-based fresh grocery stores have been gaining momentum. The brand 'Your Place Below' continues its expansion, following the opening of its Keelung store, with its first store in Sanchong, New Taipei City, set to open on July 29. The headquarters announced a target of 50 stores by the end of 2026 and a long-term goal of 2,500 stores across Taiwan, aiming to bring convenient and affordable shopping experiences closer to more local residents.

The brand aims to bring convenience and high value-for-money back to communities, aspiring to become the first choice for residents when purchasing daily essentials.

Unlike typical chain fresh grocery stores, 'Your Place Below' emphasizes locally sourced products, offering a wide range of categories including fresh produce, frozen foods, prepared meals, household goods, and daily necessities—enabling one-stop shopping for everyday household needs, all within walking distance of home.

To deliver products that balance quality and competitive pricing, 'Your Place Below' operates under a fully直营 (direct-operated) model, partnering directly with factories and suppliers. This direct-to-consumer supply chain reduces costs, making high value-for-money products a daily reality rather than a short-term promotional tactic.

Additionally, each store runs weekly group-buy campaigns and promotions, including weekly discounted items, add-on purchases, and lucky draws, allowing customers to access high-CP products at affordable prices.
