The international mobile network analytics firm Opensignal has released its 2026 H1 'Taiwan Mobile Network Experience Report,' in which Taiwan Mobile claimed six top honors. Notably, it achieved first place in 'Network Reliability' and 'Service Quality Consistency'—the only provider to do so in Taiwan. It also shared the top spot in four additional categories: 'Video Experience,' 'Voice App Experience,' '5G Voice App Experience,' and 'Network Availability.' In Opensignal’s February 2026 '2026 Global Mobile Network Experience Report,' Taiwan Mobile’s '4G/5G Availability' reached 99.4%, ranking first in Taiwan and third globally, placing it among the world’s leading mobile networks.

The latter evaluates whether the network meets the speed and latency standards required for 1080p video streaming, video conferencing, and mobile gaming.
