For youth aspiring to enter the competitive content industry but lacking practical experience, the Ministry of Labor's Workforce Development Agency Northern Branch YS Youth Career Development Center held the graduation ceremony for its 'Great Heroes Team 3' summer camp yesterday (30). After nearly one month of training, the program partnered with nine well-known companies—including Dentsu Group and Fresh Milk Farm (Mu Ke)—to release 28 internship positions in the content industry and conduct mock interviews. Amid the rise of AI, the Ministry of Labor is teaching youth aged 15 to 29 to effectively use AI tools and practice human-AI collaboration, building job-ready skills for seamless workplace integration.
This year’s camp focused on the 'full ecosystem of the content industry' as its core theme, covering creative ideation, content production, talent management and packaging, multimedia applications, brand marketing, and market promotion. It guided youth into real corporate environments to cultivate essential soft skills for the workplace.
Chen Shih-Chang, Deputy Director-General of the Workforce Development Agency, stated, 'With the rapid advancement of AI, youth must not only possess professional skills but also learn to use AI tools effectively, cultivating human-AI collaboration and cross-domain application abilities to meet evolving workplace demands.' He emphasized that graduation is not the end of learning: 'Entering corporate internships, youth should bravely ask questions and face challenges, transforming what they’ve learned into practical experience and growing through every problem they solve.'

This camp offered 28 internship positions across marketing planning, PR consulting, advertising sales, media planning, social media management, video production, animation, AI design, and project management.
On graduation day, HR professionals and senior executives from nine renowned companies—including ACCUPASS, CAPSULE, Bourgeoisie PR, Exist Music, Chunyu Creative, Dentsu Group, Mu Ke (Fresh Milk Farm), Anchor Video, and Moe-Jing Entertainment—served as interviewers. They helped youth understand corporate recruitment processes and practical resume writing.
Wu Mei-Yin, Deputy Brand Manager at Bourgeoisie PR, noted, 'When job hunting, youth often focus on salary or company prestige, but what truly impacts career growth is the ability to continuously learn, receive mentorship from supervisors, and gain team support.'
Participant Zhan shared that the greatest benefit of the camp was the step-by-step curriculum—from self-discovery and corporate visits to mock interviews—which helped clarify his future direction.
The Northern Branch stated that the YS Youth Career Development Center will continue to connect enterprises with career services, helping youth engage early with industry trends, accumulate practical experience, and explore career paths through diverse activities to enhance their employability and move toward their ideal careers.
