Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli August Job Fair Releases Over 10,000 Positions! U-Bus Drivers Offer Up to NT$85,000, Silicium Hongsheng Engineers Up to NT$100,000

The Ministry of Labor’s Workforce Development Agency Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Branch will host 8 large-scale on-site recruitment events in August across Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli, inviting 224 companies to offer over 10,000 job openings. On-site opportunities include R&D engineers at Taiwan Silicium Hongsheng Technology with a maximum monthly salary of NT$100,000, and driver positions at U-Bus with a maximum monthly salary of NT$85,000. The events will also provide free resume health checks and professional ID photo booths to help job seekers secure their ideal roles.

In collaboration with the Taoyuan City Government, the Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Branch will host 5 recruitment events in Taoyuan on August 7, 10, 12, 14, and 21, inviting 123 companies to release 4,934 job openings. The August 7 event will feature a dedicated youth employment service zone, offering professional career counseling, free resume reviews, and explanations of youth employment programs. Participating companies include Qunpin Catering, Wattana Thai, Taiwan Steel Burger King, ZyXEL Communications, NanYan Semiconductor, and U-Bus. U-Bus will recruit drivers on-site, with monthly salaries reaching up to NT$85,000.

Additionally, three recruitment events will be held in the Hsinchu-Miaoli region on August 1, 5, and 14, with 101 companies offering 6,585 job openings, focusing on semiconductor technology and high-salary technical talent recruitment.

The August 1 Miaoli Semiconductor Special Event will focus on the semiconductor supply chain, gathering companies such as King Yuan Electronics, Allchip Technology, SPIL Precision, Unimicron, CNSC, Sunplus Technology, and Taiwan Yuan Yi Quartz. Unimicron engineers can earn up to NT$80,000 monthly, while SPIL process engineers can earn up to NT$70,000.

The August 5 Hsinchu Graduation Season Job Fair will invite 53 well-known companies, including Wistron, Powertech Technology, Micron Taiwan, Powerchip, TSC Semiconductor, and iST Technology. On-site, free career consultations, interview image workshops, basic makeup and hairstyling, professional ID photo shoots, and color diagnostics will be offered. Job seekers who attend interviews and collect stamps can enter a lucky draw to win iPads, AirPods, and other prizes.

The August 14 Zhubei Job Fair will gather companies including Darr International, Chipbond Technology, Taiwan Mitsubishi Elevator, Chunghsin Security, Hanlin Tea House, and Far Eastern SOGO. Highlighted high-salary positions include R&D engineers at Taiwan Silicium Hongsheng Technology with monthly salaries up to NT$100,000, R&D engineers at Lianxiang Optoelectronics up to NT$70,000, CNC engineers at Lidrill Industrial up to NT$65,000, and Bump process engineers at TeraChip up to NT$60,000. Job seekers who interview with two companies and complete a survey can receive a scratch card. A hands-on experience zone with career experts will also be available.
