The 56th National Skills Competition concluded successfully on August 2. The Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli (Tao-Chu-Miao) Branch of the Ministry of Labor's Workforce Development Agency dispatched 171 trainee competitors to participate in 52 skill categories, winning 14 gold, 17 silver, and 14 bronze medals. This outstanding achievement highlights the branch's long-term commitment to skill development and competitor training.

Lai Chia-jen, Director of the Tao-Chu-Miao Branch, stated that the National Skills Competition is Taiwan's highest-level skills event, where competitors qualify through regional contests before competing against top talents nationwide. He congratulated all award-winning participants on their exceptional performance and expressed gratitude to the training schools, instructors, and coaching teams for their dedicated guidance and support, which enabled competitors to continuously surpass their limits and refine their skills. Each medal represents not only the competitors' relentless efforts but also the collective dedication of the entire training ecosystem.

Director Lai emphasized that the branch will continue enhancing its training programs, improving resources and training environments, and encouraging more youth to pursue skill-based learning and challenge themselves. By strengthening professional competencies, the branch aims to help participants excel in future competitions and cultivate a new generation of highly skilled technical talent.
