The Hua Yi Construction team recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for 'Daidaiyo Phase 5 – Hua Yi Xingqia,' inviting distinguished guests from various sectors to witness the commencement of this new project and officially marking the next phase of the brand’s deepened commitment to the local community.

The name 'Xingqia' (pronounced 'qia') is inspired by the iconic terraced rice fields of Niigata Prefecture, Japan. The project site is located in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City, adjacent to Guoku Pond, which has a water surface area of 10.41 hectares, a storage capacity of 253,655 cubic meters, and irrigates 94 hectares of farmland, supporting a rich natural ecosystem and serene rural scenery.

The clear waters nurture diverse ecological life, with egrets frequently visiting and resting nearby. Surrounding bamboo groves, banyan trees, and wild ginger flowers create a lush green landscape, reflecting the land’s original vitality and natural beauty.

In alignment with the philosophy of coexistence between architecture and environment, the team named the project 'Xingqia' (qia), symbolizing how buildings integrate into the land and coexist with nature. It also conveys an ideal lifestyle—elevated yet tranquil, removed from urban noise—allowing residents to enjoy a peaceful, beautiful life woven from starlight and greenery.

Hua Yi Construction stated that 'Hua Yi Xingqia' is the fifth installment in the Daidaiyo series, with planning for the sixth phase on the adjacent site already underway. Throughout the Daidaiyo series, Hua Yi has consistently believed that excellent architecture is not just a standalone creation, but a journey of growth alongside the land. Therefore, the team has specially introduced the five-year 'Zhuxu Plan,' gradually unveiling a comprehensive vision for future living through a series of thoughtfully planned developments.

Notably, Hua Yi has also designed a unique family crest exclusively for 'Xingqia,' centered on the three core elements of healthy housing—light, wind, and water.
