TRIUMPH Unveils All-New 2026 Trident 660 and Tiger Sport 660 with Bold Performance Upgrades!

British classic motorcycle brand Triumph has officially unveiled the all-new 2026 Trident 660 and Tiger Sport 660. Both models undergo their most significant transformation since launch, with comprehensive upgrades to the engine, chassis, suspension, exterior design, and rider technology. While retaining agility, ease of control, and everyday practicality, they fully unleash the ultimate performance of the British triple engine.

At the heart of this upgrade is the new-generation 660cc inline triple engine, delivering a maximum power output of 95 horsepower and peak torque of 68 Newton meters—14 horsepower more than the previous generation. Whether navigating city streets, exploring weekend mountain roads, or embarking on long-distance two-up journeys, the bikes deliver a more direct, explosive, and extended power delivery.

Triple Performance Fully Unleashed

The全新 660cc engine upgrades from a single throttle body to three independent 44mm throttle bodies—one per cylinder—paired with a larger front intake box, redesigned cylinder head, and high-lift cam profile, further enhancing mid-to-high RPM extension and throttle response.

80% of maximum torque is available from just 3,000 rpm, sustaining power all the way to nearly 12,000 rpm. Low-end delivery is smooth and manageable, mid-range is strong and responsive, while high-RPM performance is aggressively extracted while maintaining rider-friendly usability for daily riding.

A全新 3-into-1 exhaust system with under-slung tail section not only preserves clean body lines but also fully releases the iconic Triple three-cylinder sound. The six-speed transmission features revised gear ratios and drive settings, paired with a recalibrated quickshifter for faster, more precise, and smoother upshifts and downshifts.

The Tiger Sport 660 integrates triple-cylinder performance, agile handling, and touring functionality into one versatile machine. Whether commuting daily, weekend two-up rides, or planning cross-county and island-loop journeys, it delivers a confident and enjoyable riding experience.

The 2026 model introduces全新 bodywork and a more substantial front-end design. Redesigned radiator shrouds and front fairing enhance wind protection during high-speed and long-distance riding.

Fuel tank capacity increases to 18.6 liters, effectively extending long-range touring capability. A one-hand adjustable windscreen allows quick height adjustments based on urban, highway, or touring needs.

Optional heated grips, engine guards, low seat option, and a full luggage system enable the Tiger Sport 660 to instantly transform from a daily commuter to a long-distance travel companion.

Front and rear Showa suspension both offer 150mm of travel. The rear shock features remote preload adjustment, allowing riders to quickly set suspension based on solo, two-up, or loaded conditions.

The OEM luggage system includes 57-liter side cases and a 49-liter top box capable of storing two helmets, meeting multi-day touring demands.

The Tiger Sport 660 is available in Interstellar Blue/Mineral Grey, Silver Ice/Intense Orange, and Pure White—blending adventure spirit, sporty flair, and Triumph’s signature high-quality paint craftsmanship.

The 2026 Trident 660 continues its agile, pure mid-weight roadster identity, further enhancing its sporty character with more powerful performance, a retuned chassis, and a more muscular body design.

A全新 wider fuel tank, sharp knee cutaways, split dual seat, and redesigned headlight give the bike a lower, more aggressive stance. The frame is also revised, with the rear suspension upgraded to a Showa monoshock featuring preload and rebound adjustability. Paired with a front Showa 41mm upside-down fork, it delivers clearer road feedback and greater tuning flexibility.

The Trident 660 has a wet weight of just 195 kg and a seat height of 810 mm. With a wider handlebar setup, it delivers light, confident handling in low-speed maneuvers, city commuting, and consecutive cornering.

The Trident 660 is offered in Cosmic Yellow, Stone Grey, and Snowdonia White. Through全新 graphics and refined details, it expresses a modern yet distinctly British roadster identity.

Both models feature ride-by-wire throttle, a six-axis IMU, and three riding modes, automatically adjusting throttle response, ABS, and traction control settings based on dry, wet, or sport riding conditions.

A color TFT combined with an LCD instrument panel provides a clear, easy-to-read interface. Standard MyTriumph app support enables turn-by-turn navigation, music, and call control. Full LED lighting with integrated DRLs ensures nighttime visibility while maintaining Triumph’s unique visual identity.

Taiwan Launch Information

The全新 Triumph Trident 660 and Tiger Sport 660 officially launched in Taiwan on August 6. Both models are priced at TWD 399,000. From today, interested riders can visit any Triumph dealership across Taiwan for details and to book a test ride.
