According to a report by Mirror Media, Chen Hsing-yu confirmed the review was indeed written by her after direct verification with the Chen family. The Google review, attributed to 'Chen Hsing-yu,' is particularly harsh. The reviewer, identifying as Chao Chien-ming’s 'ex-wife,' details grievances stemming from family medical experiences.

The post claims that her second son suffered a fracture while playing badminton, but Chao Chien-ming only arranged PRP treatment initially. It was not until an MRI scan was conducted that the true extent of the injury was confirmed. Additionally, her youngest son has suffered from chronic wrist pain for years, yet the cause remained undiagnosed for a long time.

The review further states: 'A man who can be heartless toward his ex-wife and children—how much medical ethics can he possibly have? Please judge for yourselves.' It adds: 'During his imprisonment, a woman claiming to be a nurse from his clinic came to my dental clinic and caused a disturbance. Another nurse, Hsu Chien-chien, told me after my divorce that Dr. Chao had been infatuated with and pursued her, though I knew nothing about it at the time.'
