Cathay Life Insurance's Tainan Branch hosted the '2026 Cathay Life Tainan Branch Happy Family Day' yesterday (14th) at the Chang Jung Christian University Gymnasium, themed 'Morning Market, Full of Happiness.' The event united 21 units, with nearly 2,000 employees and their families participating in a vibrant celebration. Through stage performances, morning market-style interactive experiences, children's theater, a happiness bazaar, and a large-scale lucky draw, the event recreated the warmth and lively atmosphere of a traditional Tainan morning market, offering employees and their families a joyful day out while strengthening cross-unit team cohesion.

The event kicked off with an energetic clown performance that got the crowd moving, followed by a dance routine featuring the management team and all attendees, instantly heating up the atmosphere. This was followed by the 'Happiness Launch Ceremony,' led by Assistant Manager Su Feng-Li of the Tainan Branch alongside five managers, symbolizing unity and shared goals across all 21 units. When the host shouted, 'Happy Tainan Branch!', the entire audience responded in unison, 'First in the Alliance!', showcasing the strong teamwork and camaraderie built through daily collaboration, now transformed into joyful energy.

Su Feng-Li emphasized that behind every outstanding achievement are the professionalism, dedication, and perseverance of employees, as well as the long-term support and understanding of their families. Hosting Family Day is not only an opportunity for employees to relax and connect but also a vital moment for the company to express gratitude to both employees and their loved ones.

She highlighted that Cathay Life values not only work outcomes but also the well-being of every team member and their families. When employees feel supported by the company and their families understand and affirm the value of their work, deeper trust and a stronger sense of belonging are fostered. The event aimed to strengthen bonds among the 21 units, celebrate shared achievements, and carry this unity back into the workplace to continue creating value for clients, teams, and society.

The Family Day featured interactive activities such as boxing fitness, self-defense workshops, and various亲子 game stations, allowing employees and families to build rapport through play and cooperation. Stage performances included the 'Diaper Band' and the children's play 'Guardian Tree Grandpa,' complemented by a Happiness Flavors Market that integrated health, entertainment, parenting support, and sustainability education, creating a multigenerational event for all ages.

To thank employees for their dedication, the event offered over NT$600,000 in prizes with nearly 500 winning opportunities, including AirPods, Apple Watches, front-opening suitcases, and Uni-President gift vouchers. The highlight was a grand lucky draw with dedicated boxes for each of the 21 units, allowing each unit to draw one lucky winner, resulting in 21 iPad giveaways—ensuring every unit had a chance to shine. As winners were announced one by one, cheers erupted across the venue, pushing the excitement to its peak.
