Prior to her appointment as President of L'Oréal Taiwan, Rumyantseva served as General Manager for Central Europe within L'Oréal Luxe. During her tenure, she demonstrated exceptional cross-cultural leadership by successfully integrating 30 diverse and complex markets into a powerful growth engine for the group. Rumyantseva excels at precisely positioning brand portfolios in dynamic market environments and deeply connecting local culture with premium consumer experiences. She successfully drove high growth for flagship brands such as Lancôme and YSL Beauty, achieving outstanding cross-regional performance.
