52.5% of Recipients Say 'Videos Are Easier to Understand and Remember' in Document Sharing

J-Stream Inc. conducted a survey targeting 645 information senders and 638 information recipients to clarify the perception gap between them. The survey revealed a significant gap in business document sharing, leading to inefficiencies such as repeated explanations and increased workloads. According to the results, 80.5% of senders expect over 80% comprehension, while 58.2% of recipients find long text-based documents painful to read. Furthermore, 81.6% of recipients have had to ask follow-up questions because they could not understand the material, and 91.1% of senders feel burdened by these requests. Conversely, 52.5% of recipients stated that videos are easier to understand and remember, suggesting that video utilization is an effective solution.
