Popular SF Board Game 'Infinity' Gets First PC Adaptation: 'Infinity: HexaDome Tactics' Set for Fall 2026 Steam Release

MONTREAL — June 4, 2026: Indie studio Blindspot Games announced today the release of the 1v1 turn-based arena tactics game 'Infinity: HexaDome Tactics' on Steam in the fall of 2026. After three years of development, extensive playtesting, and numerous revisions incorporating community feedback, the studio is launching the first PC title in the acclaimed 'Infinity' SF board game series.

To mark the announcement, the team released a new trailer showcasing the visual evolution of the game.

The development of 'Infinity: HexaDome Tactics' has undergone significant revisions based on community input. The team shifted from a direct board game port to mechanics optimized for video games, improved visuals, and made many adjustments, such as shrinking the HexaDome arena size for more thrilling and fast-paced battles. Abundant feedback from five closed betas, Steam Next Fest, and playtests served as a catalyst for these major changes.

The game is now in the final stages of refinement, focusing on improving the story-driven PvE campaign and optimizing tutorials. To thank the players and enhance the anticipation before launch, the team is launching 'Tournaments.' Beginning in June 2026, this event series will allow all players free access to the game's PvP mode, with opportunities to win cash prizes.

'Infinity: HexaDome Tactics' is a 1v1 turn-based tactics game set in a futuristic arena combat show. Players build teams of champions with unique abilities and synergies to engage in PvE or PvP combat.
