Studio Eye Inc. (Headquarters: Hiroshima Prefecture, Representative Director: Shintaro Aikawa) implemented an interactive company information session for new graduates and mid-career hires, featuring a meticulously recreated alter ego, "AI Shintaro President." This AI not only reproduces the president's thoughts and speech habits but also his Hiroshima dialect, such as "~jakee" and "~shitoru." Starting in March 2026, over 20 students engaged in lively conversations with "AI Shintaro President" over approximately one month, asking "true feeling questions" that are difficult to ask in person, such as "what is asked in interviews" and "the reality of overtime." For us, there were many learnings like "that's what they were worried about!", which helped significantly close the distance with students. Moving forward, we will continue to disseminate this as a new model for "psychologically safe recruitment activities" utilizing AI. The response to pre-prepared question buttons like "Is there overtime?" and "What kind of questions are asked in interviews?" was very high, increasing the clarity of anxieties students have before selection. Furthermore, by having the AI learn the president's speech habits and Hiroshima dialect, it achieved both entertainment value and a sense of familiarity, rather than just a simple Q&A. According to existing employees, it provided an experience "as if talking to the president's alter ego (lol)." In the future, based on the data of user questions, "AI Shintaro President" will be further updated to improve learning accuracy, aiming to anticipate and answer student needs.
