Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory Celebrates 15th Anniversary with New 'Quattro Cheese Cookie' Launching July 1st

To express our gratitude for 15 years of support, we have created this luxurious cookie using four types of cheese: Camembert, Gorgonzola, Cheddar, and Mascarpone. The cookie dough, made with Hokkaido milk and a blend of Camembert, Gorgonzola, and Cheddar, is baked to a crisp texture and filled with a Mascarpone-based chocolate. The savory saltiness of the cheese-infused cookie and the milky sweetness of the Mascarpone create a deep, rich flavor profile. A hint of spice adds an exotic finish. Additionally, a double-point campaign will be held throughout June.
