The NPO Suma Universal Beach Project, which aims to create beaches where everyone, with or without disabilities, can enjoy together, will hold a Universal Beach Experience Day on July 26 (Sunday) from 10:00 to 15:00 at Tsukimigaoka Beach in Matsushige Town, Itano District, Tokushima Prefecture, to promote beach accessibility and realize universal beaches through the installation of beach mats and the use of amphibious wheelchairs.

Fifth Universal Beach Day, Continuing from Last Year

This year marks the fifth Tokushima Universal Beach Day, and like last year, it will be held at Tsukimigaoka Beach.

Participation from within and outside the prefecture has been increasing every year.

We hope both repeat participants and first-timers will create wonderful summer memories.

Every time we see the smiles of the participants, we are deeply moved and convinced that we are one step closer to realizing a world where people can choose instead of being resigned, and we dedicate ourselves to holding this event every year.
