AOI Pro. and Sunrise Promotion Form Strategic Partnership. As the First Phase, 3 'VISIONARY READING' Series Performances to be Staged at Once in May 2026

AOI Pro. Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & President: Yusaku Tanaka; hereinafter 'AOI Pro.') and Sunrise Promotion Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazuhito Takahashi; hereinafter 'SRP') have concluded a strategic partnership aimed at redefining live entertainment and maximizing the value of intellectual property (IP). As the first performance to symbolize the full-scale launch of this alliance, we are pleased to announce that a total of 4 performances across the 'VISIONARY READING' series will be staged in May and July 2026.

Background and Purpose of the Partnership This partnership aims to construct a vertically integrated model of 'Video x Promotion x Theater' by fusing the video production, planning, and directing capabilities cultivated by AOI Pro. with the promotional know-how held by SRP. The two companies have already co-hosted 2 titles in 2024 and 7 titles in 2025. Leveraging swift decision-making as a strength, we will build a system that moves interactively between the fields of video and stage, creating next-generation entertainment experiences.

Performance Lineup from May 2026 As the first phase of the partnership, we will hold the following 4 performances by July, centering on the 'VISIONARY READING' series—a new sensation of reading plays that highly integrates video and reading.
