The General Incorporated Association SusPla (Sustainable Plastics Initiative) (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), which aims to expand the recycled plastics market, has begun recruiting for an Operations Leader / Assistant Manager (full-time employee) to strengthen its business operations system in the circular plastics field. We are seeking individuals who can engage in highly socially impactful work and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.

It has already surpassed 160 members, including businesses involved in plastic resource circulation, manufacturers from diverse industrial fields such as automotive, electronics, chemicals, machinery, and textiles, trading companies, research institutions, and public organizations like government bodies. With the expansion of its business, the organization has decided to commence recruitment.

This role involves not only managing daily operations, external communication and coordination, and administrative tasks such as document creation, but also taking on a wide range of responsibilities including advanced project-based businesses and secretariat duties, with the potential to aim for a managerial position in the future.
