SYLA Holdings Co., Ltd. and the Innovation Science Research Center at Waseda University's Institute for Business and Finance have signed a joint research agreement regarding data utilization and marketing strategies in the real estate market. The project combines SYLA's extensive operational data with Waseda's academic expertise to develop new evidence-based residential models.
Purpose of the Joint Research Values regarding housing in urban areas are changing significantly. For future urban residences, the concept of "eliminating waste and increasing spatial efficiency" is essential. SYLA Holdings develops its products, centered on its investment condominium brand "SYFORME," by incorporating AI-driven data analysis. They prioritize designing not only for design appeal but also for "post-move-in satisfaction."
Three Pillars of the Research This joint research will focus on the following three areas: 1. Analysis of resident behavior and needs: Integrating diverse operational data to quantify underlying mechanisms. 2. Verification of market acceptance from a commercial perspective: Analyzing transaction records and demand data to facilitate rational decision-making. 3. Optimization of urban living spaces: Researching the relationship between space (including traffic lines and storage) and satisfaction levels.
Implementation of Results They prioritize implementing insights and data gained from the analysis into product planning, design, and sales strategies. By creating a cycle between research and practical application, they aim to improve decision-making accuracy and create new value in residential living.
