What is a Patent Attorney?

A patent attorney is a legal professional who handles "Intellectual Property Law," represented by the Patent Act.

"Intellectual Property Law" covers ideas generated from intellectual property, etc., and requires a high level of expertise to handle. Furthermore, obtaining industrial property rights (Patent Act, Utility Model Act, Design Act, Trademark Act) and resolving disputes requires advanced technical, legal, and practical knowledge.
