Taiyo Group Conducts Joint Training for New Employees

The Taiyo Group, comprising Taiyo Kogyo, TSP Taiyo, and Actio, conducted a joint leadership simulation training called "Everest Training" for 32 new employees on April 24, 2026. Held at the Brillia Running Stadium within the livedoor URBAN SPORTS PARK, the program is based on a Harvard Business School simulation. Working in teams with iPads, employees faced extreme virtual scenarios requiring critical decision-making and collaboration to reach the summit. This initiative fosters teamwork, adaptability, and the group's "One Taiyo" vision.
