Background of development: More easily perform advanced analysis with your existing equipment

In optical and spectroscopic measurement fields, evaluating 'full width at half maximum (FWHM)' and complex peak shapes is an essential metric. However, the software bundled with standard spectrometers lacks these functions, leading many researchers and engineers to export data as CSV files and repeatedly perform manual calculations by writing complex macros in Excel. Furthermore, introducing a dedicated system costing several million yen was required to perform advanced component separation, placing a heavy burden on the field.

'TAMTEC PEAK ANALYZER' is a third-party software developed to solve these issues. While fully utilizing your current spectrometer, it achieves overwhelming analysis efficiency and advanced physical quantity evaluation with an implementation cost starting in the 100,000 yen range.

Three Features of TAMTEC PEAK ANALYZER

1. [Multi-Vendor Support] Use your current hardware as is. Standard support for USB spectrometers from major manufacturers such as Ocean Optics, OtO Photonics, and Avantes. Without being tied to specific hardware, you can instantly upgrade to an advanced analysis system simply by connecting your existing spectrometer to a PC.

Main screen. Automatic detection of multiple peaks and real-time listing of FWHM.

2. [Overwhelming Analytical Power] Automatic separation of Gaussian and Lorentzian components (*Pro version only). It goes beyond measuring simple FWHM. Using advanced curve fitting with the Pseudo-Voigt function, it accurately separates and calculates the 'Gaussian component' due to instrumental functions and the 'Lorentzian component' due to the Stark effect, strongly supporting complex evaluations like plasma diagnostics.

Zoomed display of the analysis graph. FWHM and center wavelength for each peak can be checked intuitively.

3. [Perfect Traceability] Realizes 'one-click graphing' in Excel. Measurement results are output as CSV along with 'metadata' such as exposure time and correction algorithms. Furthermore, not only the numerical results of the analysis but also the 'raw spectral waveform that is the basis of the calculation' and 'component separation curves' are exported simultaneously. By simply making a 'scatter plot' of the output data in Excel, beautiful graphs ready for use in academic papers or inspection reports are instantly completed.

Main Use Cases - Plasma emission analysis (electron density evaluation via Stark broadening, etc.) - Laser/LED quality evaluation (center wavelength drift monitoring, linewidth evaluation) - Optical filter/component inspection (precise evaluation of transmission bands) - Spectrometer performance confirmation and adjustment

Product Specifications/Lineup and Purchasing Methods This software offers three license grades depending on your application and budget. Starting from the 100,000 yen range, which is easy to approve on-site, introductions up to the Standard version are priced under 300,000 yen, allowing SMEs to process it as an expense utilizing the 'Special exception for small depreciable assets', thereby supporting the rapid upgrade of research and inspection environments.

In addition, this product can be smoothly purchased through your regular trading companies specializing in optical/scientific instruments or spectrometer sales agents. You can request it from your usual suppliers without the hassle of opening new accounts (we also welcome inquiries regarding new handling from trading companies and agents).
