TAOKE ENERGY Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "TAOKE") is pleased to announce that it held a groundbreaking ceremony (Jichinsai) on Monday, May 18, 2026, for the "Chiba Prefecture Narita City 2MW Storage Station," a grid-scale battery project currently under development in Narita City, Chiba Prefecture.

This project is a grid-scale storage development led by TAOKE, with plans to transfer the asset to JALCO Holdings Co., Ltd. following its grid connection. The groundbreaking ceremony marks a significant milestone as the project transitions into full-scale construction.
