Vector Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shoji Nishie; Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime: 6058; hereinafter "Vector"), through its subsidiary Offshore Company Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kenta Noro; hereinafter "Offshore Company"), announced that on July 3, 2026 (Fri), its AI talent video generation service "AvaMo (Abamo)", Japan's first*1, will begin offering an AI agent function that can automatically generate explanatory videos from PowerPoint and PDF documents.
The AI agent function allows users to simply upload documents and input the purpose for video creation. The AI will then analyze the content and autonomously execute everything from generating narration scripts and voice synthesis to producing videos with AI talents. This enables companies to create and distribute explanatory videos in a wide range of scenarios, including PR, social media, IR, and training, with approximately 97%*2 reduction in man-hours compared to conventional methods, even without specialized video production skills.
In recent years, with the proliferation of social media and video platforms, companies are increasingly required to "communicate not only with text but also with video." While video utilization is expanding in all communication areas such as PR, IR, sales, recruitment, and training, video production involves numerous steps including structural design, scriptwriting, narration recording, and editing, posing a challenge for continuous information dissemination. Furthermore, there is a growing need for companies to efficiently convert existing document assets like PowerPoint and PDF into video content, but production man-hours and the need for specialized skills have been barriers to adoption.
"AvaMo," offered since last year, is a service that allows anyone to easily generate AI talent videos without the need for filming, talent arrangements, or editing, and its adoption is increasing not only among companies but also among individual users. The service also received the "2025 Nikkei Excellent Products and Services Award, Startup Division" in January of this year, recognizing its social significance in aiming to realize a society where "everyone can disseminate information effectively."
With the addition of the AI agent function, we aim to further lower the hurdles for information dissemination using video for companies and individuals, supporting the efficiency and expansion of their outreach.
Features of the AI Agent Function 1 Automatic generation of explanatory videos from PowerPoint and PDF documents
By simply uploading PowerPoint or PDF documents, the AI analyzes the content and autonomously executes everything from generating narration scripts and voice synthesis to subtitle generation and AI talent video production.
2 Streamlined video production
The AI assists with processes that were previously required, such as structural design, scriptwriting, and narration creation. Even staff without prior video production experience can create explanatory videos in a short amount of time.
3 Realizing "communicative videos" with AI talents AI talents clearly explain the document content, enabling the creation of explanatory videos that are easy for viewers to understand, rather than just slide videos. Editing of subtitles and scripts after generation is also supported.
4 Optimized for Japanese companies Supports Japanese UI, Japanese narration, and Japanese AI talents, making it usable for a wide range of applications such as social media posts, IR, and internal communication.
Main Expected Use Cases Explanatory videos by AI talents are easier to understand than information conveyed solely through text or slides, contributing to improved communication quality both internally and externally.
▶ Public Relations & PR: Creating video content for corporate information dissemination based on press releases, company introduction materials, and event materials.
▶ Social Media & Advertisement Videos: Efficiently producing short videos for social media and advertisements based on proposals and campaign materials.

▶ Product & Service Introductions: Creating product and service explanatory videos based on sales proposal materials and catalog PDFs.
