Overview of the Park Development Project Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd., leading a consortium, is advancing the 'Meiji Park Maintenance and Management Project.' Utilizing the Public-Private Partnership Infrastructure (Park-PFI) system under the Urban Park Act, the project aims to develop, manage, and operate the park in front of the Hakata station area. Design Supervision and Experiential Value World-renowned architect Sou Fujimoto has been appointed to supervise the park's overall design. The park will feature three-dimensional garden paths connecting to retail buildings and five plazas surrounded by lush greenery, providing new lifestyle and experiential values in an urban park setting.
