Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. and Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. have been jointly organizing the 'Aomaru 47 Products Fair' (hereinafter 'the Fair') since January 2025 at 'Mori no Plaza' within the Otemachi Tower (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), bringing together local specialties from across Japan as part of their regional revitalization initiatives.

It is announced that from July 28 (Tue) to 31 (Fri), 2026, local products from Fukushima Prefecture (Aizuwakamatsu City, Iwaki City, Koriyama City, and Fukushima City) will be exhibited.

The Fair was made possible through the collaboration between Tokyo Tatemono and Mizuho FG. Tokyo Tatemono developed the Otemachi Tower and has been responsible for its management and operations since its full completion in 2014. The Otemachi Tower is a large-scale mixed-use facility comprising offices, a hotel, and commercial zones. Directly connected via underground passageways to Otemachi Station—the hub for five subway lines—it remains vibrant throughout the day, attracting not only nearby office workers but also subway commuters.

Mizuho FG, headquartered at the Otemachi Tower, is the only megabank with branches in all 47 prefectures across Japan. The company is expanding its regional revitalization initiatives to contribute to the development of communities nationwide.

Leveraging these strengths, Tokyo Tatemono and Mizuho FG aim to contribute to regional revitalization by regularly hosting a products fair in central Tokyo’s Otemachi district, introducing local specialties from all over Japan and promoting the charm of regional areas.

● About Otemachi Tower

Otemachi Tower is a large-scale mixed-use facility directly connected to Otemachi Station, served by multiple subway lines. In addition to office floors, it features the commercial zone 'OOTEMORI (Otemori)' and the luxury hotel 'Aman Tokyo' on its upper floors.

'Otemachi no Mori,' the expansive urban forest occupying approximately one-third (about 3,600㎡) of the site, hosts diverse flora and fauna, including endangered species. It also contributes to urban environmental improvement by mitigating the heat island effect and preventing rainwater runoff during sudden downpours through soil water retention. In March 2025, it became the first site certified under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s 'TSUNAG Certification System for Quality Green Spaces' with the highest rating of '★★★ (Triple Star),' receiving numerous certifications and awards.

The commercial zone 'OOTEMORI' is located at the center of the underground network of Otemachi Station, which connects five subway lines, including passageways to the Tokyo Metro Tozai and Marunouchi Lines. 'Mori no Plaza' features a 15-meter-high atrium that allows natural light from the 'Otemachi no Mori' above to illuminate the underground space, creating a serene, forest-like atmosphere. It serves as a convenient and relaxing destination for people working in the surrounding area, suitable for both work and leisure.
