TV Asahi Corporation has announced the opening of 'RÊVE DES LUMIÈRES' (Dream of Lights) on June 12, 2026, located within TOKYO DREAM PARK in Ariake, Tokyo. Based on the concept 'Awaken with a Shower of Art,' the facility utilizes advanced digital technology, integrating light and sound to provide a sensory-driven exploration of classical masterpieces. To extend the impact of the immersive experience, TV Asahi will release over 150 venue-exclusive items, ranging from fashion to interior decor, inspired by the initial exhibition theme focused on Vincent van Gogh's masterpieces, such as 'Sunflowers' and 'The Starry Night.'

The venue features state-of-the-art infrastructure, including 106 high-definition projectors and 63 speakers, creating a three-dimensional acoustic environment that allows visitors to feel as though they have stepped inside the artwork. The product lineup includes T-shirts, paper wallets, and etched bookmarks, all designed to reflect the multi-layered visual perspective of the digital exhibits. Notable collaborations include the 'KOMOGOMO Exhibition' art team, led by Sayuri Matsunaga, who provided unique illustrations of Van Gogh. Additionally, gourmet collaborations with 'Yokohama Haikara' (canned cheesecake) and 'Antenor' (langue de chat cookies) feature limited-edition packaging.

A dedicated area titled 'Atelier' will serve as a prelude to the main hall. For the opening, visual artist Yuko Matsushita will present 'Colors from Gogh,' a pixel art installation focused on the artist's color theory. This facility represents the 10th global location in the 'Lumières' series developed by Culturespaces, following the lineage of the 'ATELIER DES LUMIÈRES' in France. Situated in TOKYO DREAM PARK, it serves as a cornerstone of TV Asahi's 'Media City Strategy,' aimed at fostering innovation through the fusion of entertainment and technology.
