Technoa Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Gifu City; CEO: Koji Yamazaki) will showcase its design simulation platform, 'i-DESIGNER,' at the 5th Oshikatsu EXPO [Summer], held from June 24 to 26, 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight. This marks the company's first appearance at the Tokyo-based Oshikatsu EXPO.
'i-DESIGNER' is a platform that allows users to design goods on a web browser, with the final image linking directly to orders and manufacturing. Technoa defines this as 'D2M' (Design to Manufacture). Since user-completed designs are output as ready-to-use manufacturing data, companies can meet individual customer needs while minimizing the burden of manual file conversion or adjustments using specialized software.
At the booth, visitors can experience designing acrylic keychains and cheer fans using photos stored on their smartphones. The simulator features advanced functions such as automatic background removal, automatic cut-line generation for specific images, multi-border text, and text warping/deformation, allowing attendees to verify its convenience firsthand.
The service is utilized across a wide range of applications, including smartphone cases, badges, novelties, and corporate promotional items, in addition to fandom goods. Through this exhibition, Technoa aims to propose D2M-driven efficiency to licensors, IP holders, and printing companies, illustrating how fan enthusiasm can be channeled directly into the manufacturing process.
