Techtouch Releases DAP Research Report on "Last Mile" for Back Office DX in Osaka City

Techtouch Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Naka Imuda; hereinafter "the Company"), which operates the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) "Techtouch," has released a research report summarizing the effectiveness of DAP in addressing the post-system implementation adoption challenges (the "last mile").

This report was created with the aim of sharing the verification results and practical knowledge obtained from the collaboration between the Company and Osaka City (Digital Strategy Office), based on a partnership agreement concluded in September 2025, with local governments nationwide facing similar challenges. This partnership agreement does not presuppose the procurement of our DAP.

Purpose of this demonstration and verification perspectives Over a period of six months from October 2025, we observed and verified demonstration data from the following four perspectives:

1. Structural reduction of learning costs: Can the cost of learning system operations be structurally reduced by displaying operation guides on the screen?

2. Strengthening governance through systematization of internal controls: Can governance be strengthened by reducing input errors and returns through the implementation of input controls?

3. On-site led improvement cycle: Can on-site staff rapidly improve the system UI themselves?

4. Change management for large-scale migration: Can it contribute to adaptation support for education, business migration, and change management for over 20,000 employees, anticipating a large-scale system migration in back-office DX scheduled for January 2028?

Conventional system modifications, even minor UI changes, incur additional costs and procurement processes due to external outsourcing, posing challenges in terms of cost-effectiveness and speed. In this demonstration, we verified a method where on-site staff can instantly improve the system themselves, leveraging the no-code characteristics of DAP.

In addition, we examined whether DAP is effective as "change management" to help employees adapt to a new work environment without confusion, in anticipation of the large-scale system migration in January 2028.
