Nyannyanji Yufu Branch Temple Launches Official Website and Announces Opening Dates

Terakoya Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture; Representative Director: Kohei Kaizo) announced the launch of the official website for "Nyannyanji Yufu Branch Temple" and the opening schedule for this new location. The media preview is scheduled for August 10, 2026 (Monday), the pre-opening for August 11, 2026 (Tuesday), and the grand opening for August 12, 2026 (Wednesday). These dates are current as of April 2026 and may change due to social conditions or other unavoidable circumstances. Terakoya signed a comprehensive agreement in February 2025 for the exclusive licensing and operation of "Nyannyanji" in Japan and globally. The new website aims to convey the brand's worldview and activities. "Nyannyanji" is described as a cultural hub combining "IP x Art x Museum Shop x Tourist Destination," offering visitors an immersive experience. The original "Nyannyanji" in Kyoto, Yase, has attracted many visitors with its cat-themed art and unique atmosphere. The brand was created by cat artist Masano Kaye.
