That's No Moon Entertainment Announces 'Crossfire' for Consoles and PC

At Summer Game Fest on June 5, 2026, independent AAA studio That's No Moon Entertainment announced its debut title, 'Crossfire', co-developed with Smilegate. The game is a third-person single-player tactical action-adventure and cinematic thriller for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Featuring a stealth combat system and 'adaptive cover', where player posture dynamically adjusts to terrain, the game stars Claudia Doumit as Layla and Ricky Whittle as Cross. Game Director Jacob Minkoff noted that the adaptive cover system adds unprecedented realism. Creative Director Taylor Kurosaki added that the studio's goal is to deliver world-class single-player experiences. Simon Cheong, CGO of Smilegate, highlighted that this project expands the Crossfire IP, which has over 1 billion players, into a cinematic single-player experience. The game will be published by Smilegate on consoles, and by Team K1 (Tencent Games) on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
