The 'Meat Day Customer Appreciation Day' is a special monthly event held on the last Saturday and Sunday to provide extra value to steak fans. The target menu item, 'Sirloin Steak,' is a popular cut known for its sweetness and tenderness. The restaurant offers this cut at the same regular price, but with a 50% to 66% increase in volume.

- 50% increase: 120g → 180g (includes salad bar) 2,730 JPY - 66% increase: 180g → 300g (includes salad bar) 3,510 JPY - 50% increase: 300g → 450g (includes salad bar) 4,590 JPY *All prices exclude tax.

Each meal includes a 45-item salad bar, Asakuma’s signature rich corn soup, beef tendon curry, and a dessert bar.
