TESS Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yodogawa-ku, Osaka; President: Kazuki Yamamoto; hereinafter 'the Company') is pleased to announce the full renewal of its corporate website. This renewal is based on the concept of 'optimization for stakeholders,' aiming to build a site where necessary information reaches all stakeholders, including shareholders and investors, appropriately, while enhancing corporate value by communicating the value provided by the Group. Key points of the renewal include the addition of a 'Pick Up' area on the homepage, allowing users to grasp important announcements and highlighted information at a glance. We have also integrated IR-related news with other news sections to improve accessibility to the latest information. Furthermore, we have added a new 'About TESS Group' page to explain our business overview and business model more clearly, and significantly expanded our sustainability-related pages. In addition, we have created a new page introducing para-athletes belonging to our Group and implemented a Content Management System (CMS) to improve operational efficiency and updateability. Moving forward, we will continue to use our corporate website as a vital communication platform to actively disseminate information. Additionally, we plan to fully renew the corporate website of our core subsidiary, TESS Engineering Co., Ltd., in late June 2026.
