The Body Shop Opens Sustainable 'Change Makers Workshop' Store Using Renewable Materials at Lucent Osaka on July 16 (Thu)

The Body Shop, a UK-born beauty brand celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, will open a sustainable 'Change Makers Workshop' concept store on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at Lucent Iere (Umeda, Osaka). The brand aims to bring comfortable, beautiful daily experiences and positive change toward a rich, sustainable planet for people of all genders, ages, and skin types.

Inside the store, a wide range of skincare, body care, hair care, and fragrance products will be available, all made with natural-origin ingredients sourced in collaboration with communities around the world. The Body Shop will also promote its long-standing commitments to fair trade, opposition to animal testing, and environmental protection, offering customers opportunities to contribute to positive change through everyday shopping.

In the sink area where customers can test products firsthand, we offer an interactive shopping experience, allowing guests to enjoy the scents and textures of The Body Shop’s popular products.
