Culenasm will release their highly anticipated first single of 2026, "Kokorobi," on May 6. This song depicts the inner turmoil and the "small flame" that seems to disappear but never truly vanishes, as felt by each member, with a delicate yet powerful sound. ◆Vo. Moe This song depicts the emotions of confronting my introverted self in a stagnant atmosphere, like a muggy afternoon. It's about searching for my true self, guided by the persistent feeling deep in my heart, even while feeling suffocated and irritated by unchanging daily routines and lingering regrets. It carries the desire to keep moving forward, even if imperfect, rather than conforming to someone else's values.

◆Gt. Kenjiro I wrote about the "small flame" that continues to burn within me. There are times when the emotions and inspirations I felt daily seem to slip through my fingers, leaving nothing behind. Yet, in moments of sudden regret and memories, there is something that continues to burn. It's a driving force, mind-wandering, or simply forgotten memories. I likened it to an unextinguishable flame in the heart.

◆Ba. Makoto As I layered each phrase, I felt more strongly than ever that this song was becoming uniquely Culenasm. Moe's emotional vocals, Kenjiro's guitar that commands the entire space, Shuta's powerful and precise drumming, and of course, my own bass – none of these could be missing. It naturally became one of our most important songs. Please enjoy the sound, which condenses Culenasm, and every corner of the lyrics.

◆Dr. Shuta This song expresses a new emotion that Culenasm hasn't had before. If we talk about joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure, I think it falls into the "anger" category. It's not directed at anyone specific, but rather the quiet resentment and helpless frustration that accumulated in daily life, manifesting as sound. Honestly, during the production process, it became a surprisingly aggressive song even to myself. Please immerse yourself in this new and sharp Culenasm.
