Emerging Artist Tsujii Qunue to Release 2nd EP "Kisui-iki" on July 15!

Emerging solo artist Tsujii Qunue, who won the audition to perform at SONICMANIA after passing the "Deren no!? Summer Sonic!?" auditions for the 2025 SUMMER SONIC festival, has announced the release of their EP "Kisui-iki" (Brackish Area) on July 15 (Wed).

The EP features a total of six tracks, including the already-released "Pulse Wave," an uptempo electro track with addictive melodies; "27 Club," characterized by an alternative rock-based sound; and "Last Summer Bye-bye Rework," a reconstruction of "Last Summer Bye-bye" with a new sonic approach.

The work encompasses a wide range of musical approaches—including electro, rock, and pop—and is characterized by catchy, memorable melodies and evocative soundscapes that reflect Tsujii Qunue's unique world-building.

The music video for "Pulse Wave," also included in the EP, will be released today at 9:00 PM. The track is centered around a beat that develops continuously through fine rhythmic articulation, expressing the flow of shifting emotions as sound. The MV is an integrated work where sound, emotion, and visuals synchronize with the development and emotional changes of the song.
