Art Moving Center Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Osaka; President: Masato Terada) announced that it renewed its 'DX Certified Operator' status under the Digital Transformation (DX) certification system established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) on May 1, 2026.

The DX certification system is a national program based on the 'Digital Governance Code,' which identifies businesses ready to enhance corporate value and strengthen competitiveness through the use of digital technology.

Since receiving its initial 'DX Certified Operator' certification in 2024, the company has been promoting DX across the organization. Following a renewal review, the company's efforts were recognized, and the certification period has been extended until April 30, 2028.

Overview of the DX Certification System and Our Initiatives

Since our founding, we have developed various services that bring our customers' desires to life, evolving the moving process into a service that accompanies our customers' daily lives.

In recent years, responding to societal challenges—such as the progress of digitalization, changing lifestyles, an aging population, and the '2024 problem' in the logistics industry—has become essential. To address these environmental changes, we have established a DX promotion structure and are working to improve operational efficiency, enhance service quality, and transform our business model through the utilization of digital technology.

We believe that moving is a service that carries the life of each individual customer, and providing service through 'human hands' will remain a vital value in the future. At the same time, we are actively utilizing digital tools in areas where digitalization is possible, fostering an environment where staff can be closer to our customers.

As a leading company in the moving industry, we aim to contribute further to our customers and society, while also contributing to the sustainable development of the entire moving industry.
