Trailhead Global Holdings, Inc. has announced the signing of an OEM agreement with Kikusui Co., Ltd., a major player in the noodle industry, through its group company YS Food Co., Ltd., for the production of fresh ramen products for home use.

Under this agreement, YS Food will begin manufacturing Kikusui-branded products at its own plant in Kawara-cho, Tagawa-gun, Fukuoka Prefecture. The initial rollout will focus on the Kyushu and Chugoku-Shikoku regions, establishing a 'co-creation' production system that blends the expertise of both companies.

Significance of the Partnership 1. Fusion of Restaurant Expertise and Manufacturing Technology: By combining the craftsmanship and flavor-pursuit know-how of YS Food, which has honed its skills through its restaurant chains, with Kikusui's strict quality standards and noodle-making technology, the partners aim to deliver high-value consumer products.

2. Supply Hub for Western Japan: Leveraging the Fukuoka manufacturing base, the company will establish an efficient supply system for the Kyushu and Chugoku-Shikoku areas.

3. Supply Chain Optimization: Optimizing resources will enable a swift response to consumer needs in the competitive home-use ramen market.

Future Outlook Production is scheduled to begin between late August and early September 2026, adjusted for global logistics disruptions and raw material price volatility. For the current fiscal year (ending March 2027), the company plans to produce 600,000 to 700,000 servings, targeting autumn and winter sales through major retailers in Western Japan.

Trailhead views this project as the first phase of its OEM business expansion and aims to solidify its revenue structure through B2B partnerships alongside its existing B2C operations.
