AJS Adds AI Review Function to HR Evaluation System "P-TH+" to Support Quality Improvement and Efficiency

AJS Inc., part of the TIS INTEC Group, announced the addition of an AI review function to its HR evaluation system "P-TH+", available from May 13, 2026. The AI analyzes goal settings, self-evaluations, and manager comments to provide improvement suggestions without altering the original text, ensuring uniqueness and high security. Additionally, a new template version allows companies without existing evaluation sheets to start using the system in as little as two weeks, starting at 15,000 yen per month.
