Number of Employees Processed by TKC Systems Exceeds 3 Million

TKC Corporation (Headquarters: Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, President and Representative Director: Maki Iizuka) is pleased to announce that the number of employees for whom monthly payroll calculation processing is performed using our payroll systems (PX Series, FX Cloud Series (Payroll Calculation Function)) has exceeded 3 million.

Supporting the Digitalization of Payroll-Related Operations

TKC's payroll systems are widely adopted, primarily by medium-sized and small enterprises that are clients of TKC members. As working styles diversify and the administrative burden on accounting staff increases, our systems support the streamlining of payroll calculation tasks through a variety of functions, including data linkage from attendance management systems, web distribution of payslips, and internet transfers/electronic tax payments for salaries.

Currently, over 191,000 companies utilize our payroll systems, and the number of employees for whom payroll is calculated has surpassed 3 million.

Utilization of Web Payslip Distribution Function Expands 1.5 Times

Amidst rapid digitalization, the number of companies utilizing the web payslip distribution function is also increasing. By switching from providing printed payslips to web distribution, accounting staff can significantly reduce the administrative burden associated with printing, stuffing, and distributing them. Furthermore, employee convenience is enhanced as they can check their payslips anytime via their smartphones.

For these reasons, a significant number of companies are switching to web payslip distribution, and the number of employees benefiting from this has reached 400,000, 1.5 times the figure from the previous year.

Responding to System Revisions and Reducing Administrative Burden for Accounting Staff

In the future, it is anticipated that administrative procedures for both accounting staff and employees will become more complex due to various system revisions and reviews of deduction systems.
