TKP Corporation (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Takateru Kono), a provider of flexible office solutions, held an opening reception today for its integrated workspace "TKP CROSSCOOP Nagoya Taiko" in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, ahead of its grand opening scheduled for July 1, 2026.
This project marks TKP's first full-building operation in the Nagoya area and the first appearance of the "CROSSCOOP" brand in Aichi Prefecture. It is also the debut of the integrated "TKP CROSSCOOP" operational model. Located in the TKP Nagoya Building near JR Nagoya Station, the facility combines high-functionality banquet and meeting spaces under the "TKP Garden City PREMIUM" brand with the "CROSSCOOP" rental office brand.
The facility is designed to support a wide range of business needs, from daily office operations to large-scale events like corporate training and seminars. The "TKP Garden City PREMIUM Nagoya Taiko" section features an event hall capable of accommodating up to 300 guests with a ceiling height of 8 meters, suitable for ceremonies and parties. Meanwhile, the "CROSSCOOP" section offers private offices and virtual office services, providing a flexible environment for business growth.
Opening Schedule: - April – May 2026: Phased opening of "TKP Garden City PREMIUM Nagoya Taiko." - July 1, 2026: Opening of "CROSSCOOP Nagoya Taiko" and full-building grand opening.
Located just a 6-minute walk from JR Nagoya Station, the facility spans a total contract area of 8,622 square meters (approx. 2,608 tsubo). TKP aims to continue providing comprehensive space solutions that adapt to changing work styles and regional demands across Japan.
