TKP to Operate 'TKP Kannai Arai Hall,' a Multipurpose Venue in Yokohama Kannai Accommodating Up to 400 People

TKP Corporation (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takaki Kono; hereinafter "TKP") announces that it has been entrusted with the operation of the 'TKP Kannai Arai Hall' by Seitaro Arai Shoten Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa; President: Fumiake Arai), effective October 1, 2026.

The 'TKP Kannai Arai Hall' is a multipurpose hall located a 3-minute walk from JR 'Kannai Station,' adjacent to the large-scale mixed-use development 'BASEGATE Yokohama Kannai,' which opened in March 2026, and within walking distance of Yokohama Stadium. With an open space of 423㎡ and a ceiling height of 4.8m, the hall is suitable for a wide range of uses, including lectures, corporate training, general meetings, examination venues, seminars, and exhibitions. The facility allows highly flexible layout configurations, enabling adaptable responses to diverse customer needs. Additionally, it features a dedicated meeting room for users, which can also serve as a green room or business negotiation space.

TKP has previously expanded its self-branded conference rooms and event spaces nationwide, while also undertaking third-party facility management. This operation marks TKP's first business expansion in the Kannai area. Leveraging its accumulated expertise in facility operations and corporate networks, TKP aims to enhance the venue's occupancy rate and maximize its value, further strengthening its operational foundation in the Yokohama region.
