Transaction Media Networks to Provide Transit E-Money and WAON Payment Services to Hiroshima Electric Railway's 'MOBIRY DAYS' Starting July 1, 2026

Transaction Media Networks, Inc. (TMN), a provider of electronic payment services, will begin offering its electronic money payment services to 'MOBIRY DAYS,' the ticketing system provided by Hiroshima Electric Railway Co., Ltd.

From July 1, 2026, transit electronic money and WAON will be usable on existing MOBIRY DAYS terminals.

In recent years, regional public transport operators have faced challenging operating environments due to depopulation and labor shortages. By deploying its payment infrastructure—originally designed for retail businesses—into MOBIRY DAYS, TMN enables significant reductions in implementation and maintenance costs.
