About the New Features Integrated with "UNIVERGE Aspire 6"

NEC Platforms, Ltd.'s (hereinafter, "NEC Platforms") "UNIVERGE Aspire 6" is a new model in the UNIVERGE Aspire series, which has achieved cumulative domestic shipments of 400,000 systems and continues to be introduced in many offices. As a DX gateway that improves communication performance, it supports efficient and productive business operations and enhanced teamwork.

Tobila Systems has newly added integration functionality with "UNIVERGE Aspire 6" to the "TobilaPhone Biz" series. This allows for visualization of call paths, including internal transfers, which were previously difficult to track, enabling users to confirm the final and intermediate responders from call history. This streamlines the understanding of phone response routes and contributes to improved operational efficiency.

Added New Features

Use of this feature requires the "IP10D-Internal Extension Information Integration License" provided by NEC Platforms.

- Final and Intermediate Responder Display Function

Displays the history of the final and intermediate responders. By visualizing the response route of calls that were previously difficult to track, it becomes easier to identify responders, search for response history, and understand transfer routes, thereby improving operational efficiency.

- Internal Call History Display Function

In addition to external calls, internal call history can also be viewed on the "TobilaPhone Biz" My Page. Call history within the office can be managed centrally.

- UNIVERGE Aspire 6 Integration Monitoring Function

When a communication断 (disconnection) is detected in the internal extension information integration between "UNIVERGE Aspire 6" and "TobilaPhone Biz", alerts can be sent via email and on My Page. This allows for early detection of integration anomalies, contributing to stable operation.
