Kogado Inc. (Headquarters: Naka-ku, Yokohama) will begin selling 'Negi Niku Maki Mochi' (Green Onion Pork Wrap), an ideal snack for strolling, at 'Yokohama Tofuken' located in front of the Zenrinmon gate at the entrance of Chinatown Main Street.

'Negi Niku Maki Mochi' consists of pork stir-fried in Yokohama Tofuken's special sauce and seasonal vegetables, wrapped in 'Cong You Bing' (scallion pancake). This is a traditional family dish passed down through generations from Northeast China, the heritage roots of Yokohama Tofuken. It is being launched as a snack perfect for 'tabearuki' (eating while walking).
