"Negi Niku Maki Mochi" consists of pork and seasonal vegetables stir-fried in Yokohama Tofuken's special sauce, wrapped in a "Cong You Bing" (scallion pancake). It is a home-cooked dish passed down through generations in Northeast China, which is also the roots of Yokohama Tofuken. We are launching this as a light snack suitable for eating while walking.
