New product 'Loch Lomond Original Triple Oak' achieves feat in first entry, winning 'Best Cost Performance Award' at Asia's largest competition 'TWSC'

The 'Loch Lomond Original Triple Oak,' released this April by Scotch whisky brand 'Loch Lomond' (distributed by Toko Co., Ltd.), has won the special 'Best Cost Performance Award' at the Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition 2026 (TWSC2026), one of Asia's largest spirits competitions. This product also won the 'Superior Gold Award,' selected from only seven entries in the highly competitive Scotch Whisky Single Malt category. It stood out with its accessible retail price of 3,500 yen. The Loch Lomond Distillery has previously won the 'Best Distillery Award' at TWSC in 2025 and has received numerous other honors. Having achieved a double crown of Superior Gold and Best Cost Performance immediately after its launch, this product is expected to be a representative whisky of the 2026 market.
