The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center are implementing an emergency countermeasure program using priority regional support grants to reduce the burden on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) affected by soaring prices of extra-high voltage electricity and industrial LP gas.

We would like to announce that we will begin accepting applications for the 6th round of this support subsidy.

1. Regarding Application Acceptance - Application Period: From April 9 (Thursday), Reiwa 8 to August 31 (Monday), Reiwa 8 - Application Method: Online application (application by mail is also acceptable)

2. Regarding the Dedicated Portal Site https://tokkolpg-shienkin.tokyo We have published the application guidelines for the support subsidy, so please check them. The application form and format will be available from April 9 (Thursday).

3. Eligible Applicants 1. SMEs, etc. directly receiving extra-high voltage electricity*1 at facilities within Tokyo 2. SMEs, etc. occupying facilities as tenants within Tokyo that receive extra-high voltage electricity*1 3. SMEs, etc. conducting business using industrial LP gas*2 within Tokyo

*1 Contracted power of 2,000kW or more and supply voltage of 20,000V (20kV) or more. However, even if the contracted power is less than 2,000kW, it is eligible if a contract for extra-high voltage electricity can be confirmed. *2 Liquefied petroleum gas subject to the High Pressure Gas Safety Act and used for industrial purposes.

4. Support Content (1) Extra-high voltage electricity (Direct receipt): 5 million yen/location (2) Extra-high voltage electricity (Tenant): 100,000 yen/location (3) Industrial LP gas: 100,000 yen/location

5. Target Period & Application Requirements [6th Round] For the months of January to June, Reiwa 8 * SMEs, etc. with a usage record of 3 months or more during the above target period are eligible for support. * You can apply even if you have received this support subsidy in past rounds. (Please refer to the guidelines and website for details on the definition of past rounds.)
