We will hold an art workshop where participants create a powerful, giant dinosaur using newspaper and gum tape.

Lecturer is Kotaro Sekiguchi, an artist active nationwide as a newspaper x gum tape artist. He is known for his unique expression of creating dynamic three-dimensional works using only flat newspaper and gum tape.

In the workshop, participants will join in sequentially during the event hours to challenge the creation of "Midtownsaurus." By assembling the parts created by each individual, a giant dinosaur will be completed over two days with the hands of many participants. Furthermore, after participating in the collaborative creation, you can also experience creating your own original works such as dinosaurs, animals, or vehicles. This is a special independent research experience unique to Tokyo Midtown, allowing you to savor both the sense of accomplishment from creating one piece together and the joy of giving form to your own ideas.

About Mitsui Fudosan Group's Sustainability The Mitsui Fudosan Group, based on the "& mark" philosophy of "continuously challenging to create new value through coexistence, mutual dependence, and co-creation," views "creation of social value" and "creation of economic value" as two wheels of a cart. We believe that creating social value leads to the creation of economic value, which in turn enables the creation of even greater social value. When the new Group Management Philosophy was formulated in April 2024, the following six items were identified as "GROUP MATERIALITY (Issues to Focus On)": "1. Contribution to Industrial Competitiveness," "2. Coexistence with the Environment," "3. Health and Vitality," "4. Safety and Security," "5. Diversity & Inclusion," and "6. Compliance and Governance." We will contribute to sustainability by addressing these materialities through our core business.
