Tokyo Keiki Invests in Logic and Design

Tokyo Keiki Inc. (Ota-ku, Tokyo; President Takeshi Ando) announced its investment in Logic and Design Inc. (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President Kimiaki Sato) through a third-party allotment of shares. Logic and Design develops image sharpening algorithms and high-resolution restoration technologies. Tokyo Keiki is currently focusing on products to counter drone threats in its defense business, including AI cameras that detect and identify drones. By integrating Logic and Design's technologies, Tokyo Keiki aims to improve sensing capabilities under challenging conditions such as darkness, fog, backlighting, and insufficient resolution. This investment will facilitate information sharing on technical challenges and further promote the development of new defense products.
